In order to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us. Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days. At this time, to protect the safety of both our staff and customers during a global pandemic, we are currently not accepting International returns.
